All installations are carried out to high standards and comply with current building regulations, electrical safety requirements, and MCS installation standards. We use MCS-certified products and approved installation methods to support system performance and longevity.

3. Customer Protection

We treat customers with respect and courtesy at all times. We offer deposit protection and workmanship warranties through approved insurance schemes where applicable. Complaints are handled fairly and promptly in line with TrustMark dispute resolution procedures.

4. Quotations and Contracts

We provide written quotations detailing costs, scope of work, and expected timelines before work starts. We enter into clear contracts that outline responsibilities, warranties, and cancellation rights.

5. Respect for Your Home or Business

We respect your property and leave work areas clean and tidy. We minimise disruption and work to agreed schedules wherever possible.

6. Health, Safety & the Environment

We ensure work is carried out with appropriate health and safety controls in place. We dispose of waste responsibly and work to reduce environmental impact.

7. Continuous Improvement

Our team undertakes regular training to stay up to date with changing regulations, product developments, and best practices. We welcome customer feedback to improve our services.

Future Renewable Installations are NAPIT accredited for general electrical work and TrustMark accredited for solar PV installations. Insurance policy provider: Chiswell Insurance. Policy number: CHBS3915914XB. Public liability: £2 million. Public indemnity: £250,000.
